Rodrigo was one of the first developers to use Ruby in Brazil. He fell in love with it right away and then went on to create one of the biggest local Ruby on Rails communities. He's spent the last decade working on projects around the world for several clients. When he isn't coding, Rodrigo enjoys extending his geek tentacles to other realms such as MMORPGs, listening to vinyl and searching for the perfect coffee.
Taiza started using computers long before the internet. Yes, we're talking BBSs, Telemate, and other ancient stuff. Her love affair with technology continued even after majoring in veterinary medicine, with websites becoming her speciality. After years of creating and maintaining some of the biggest Brazilian websites, she found her true passion for management. She considers herself to be a generalist, fulfilling many different roles and having fun doing it.
